减肥计划

去年的时候倒是减肥成功 可是过后的反弹确实很大 ,我把食量减到最少 一餐可能只吃一粒苹果 或者香蕉。过后却暴饮暴食。一下子肥到很够力 从43kg 到现在几乎都要 50 kg 了 。 
我很想瘦
So, here's my diet planning.
Morning - dietary supplement + a piece of bread.
Afternoon - fruits + rice 
Night - vegetables + meat 
* small portion 

Night walk after dinner / cycling
Massage 
.
Hope that it really works , or else I'll deeply feel self abased. I'm very annoying with my weight . Please don't tell me I'm slim. Seriously I'm not .
